hey folks
kind of little come back. britanny was boring but last weeks in paris were funny.

just to let u know that :

- the new version of my website is finally but partially up, the portraits category is still missing cause i've been shooting a lot of people lately so i need to take my time retouching that. so yeah, new version but no new pics for the moment :P come on, i'm kind of ashamed.

- i had a crazy day this week, shot a new video with betty. This is just sick. Currently editing it, i'm so so happy with that, can't wait to release it, maybe around next week. This is totally leading me in a new way, escaping far away from photography. Think that september will be a 90° turn for me, video, here i come. Got to have a demo reel ready ! Hopefully i'm lucky with people around me, that will help a lot to make things happen. So exciting. I could speak for years about that.

- and i also made some photos... the less a pretending-to-be photographer could do :D i shot a singer, good friend of mine, and betty along the video shooting. here's one i love.

just escapin' a few days in britanny. my land.
2 years ago, i made that shot i love. maybe my first true landscape. the quiet sea. black rocks dramatic skies, incredible lighting. grandma's beach. the one she loved to cross with grandpa. now that he's dead she doesn't wanna go back to the beach.

4 days to forget. 4 days to write you a letter. i've been bad with you lately. i just wanted to be a perfect support.

little_helpers

first saw them repeating with a pretty incomplete line-up in a tiny student room in paris 2 years ago / had news from the singer a few months ago / okay let's have a dinner / heard their first regular recorded demo, found it good / okay let's make pictures guys.

had a fun night shooting pictures at my studio. we were a little drunk i guess.

and i finally saw them live yesterday for the first real time and it was a very good gig. these fellows need some support :)

"antichrist"

the last movie directed by lars von trier is maybe the biggest piece of shit i've ever seen in a cinema. really. can't understand. really cannot. been trying.

and i must admit i was pretty excited about this movie, especially for the esthetical side the trailer showed. maybe the only interest of this movie is here : photography. sometimes only. some lightings are pretty unbelievable, and truly helps to keep eyes open. let's warmly thank mr anthony dod mantle for that. forget the rest.
